I have always wondered whats the main difference in knitting and crocheting. Doesnt everyone wonders it too? so here are the few differences I have seen till now between knitting and crochet:
-Knitting uses two needles, while crochet uses one hook.
-With knitting, you create stitches by looping the yarn around the needles, whereas with crochet you hook the yarn and pull it through the stitch.
-Knitting produces a thicker fabric than crochet.
-Crochet is generally faster than knitting.
So those are some of the key differences between knitting and crochet! Hope that helps clear things up a bit. 🙂 Feel free to add more if you like.
