You’ll love these moist Chocolate Cupcakes! This recipe is specially for the kiddo inside you
1 cup Refined Flour
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 cup Coffee
In a bowl add ½ cup of buttermilk, ⅓ cup of vegetable oil, 1 egg, ½ cup of coffee, 1 cup of refined flour, ⅓ cup of cocoa powder, ½ tsp baking soda, ¼ tsp salt & 1 cup powdered sugar. Merge it properly.
In a cupcake mold place, paper cups & pour the batter in each cup. Bake it in a preheated oven at 175c for 20 minutes.
Transfer whipping cream to a piping bag and pipe onto completely cooled cupcakes, drizzle choco chips on it.
