A quick recipe for Spongy Parle-G biscuit cake with chocolate!

Ingredients:
60 Parle-G Biscuits
¼ cup Powdered Sugar
2 cup Milk
1 tbsp Eno
Chocolate Ganache
Cashew Nuts
Method:
Grind 60 parle-g biscuits, add ¼ cup powdered sugar, 2 cups of milk and 1 tbsp eno into it. Make a proper thick mixture.

Place parchment paper in a round shape cake mold, pour the mixture in a mold.

Bake it at 180° c for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.

Drip chocolate ganache slowly on top, sprinkle some crushed cashew nuts on it.
