Pani Puri

What if you realize it takes less than 15 minutes to make pani-puri at home in THREE FLAVOURS?

Presenting Pani Puri in 3 ways, just for you.


Hajma Hajam Pani:
1/2 cup Tamarind water
½ cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Grated ginger
2 tsp Roasted jeera powder
1 tsp Black salt
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Asafoetida
2.5 cups Water

Jeera Pani:
2 tbsp roasted jeera powder
1 tsp black salt
2 tsp chat masala
1 tsp salt
7-8 mint leaves
1/2 lemon
2.5 cups  water

Lehsun Pani:
8-9 garlic cloves
1 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp black salt
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
2.5 cups  water
1/2 lemon



Hajma Hajam Pani, Jeera Pani: Mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate.

Lehsun pani: Mix all ingredients except water and grind to a paste. Later, add water. Refrigerate.

Mix and match with your favorite fillings- aloo,moong,boondi,ragda- the choice is yours!
