Strawberry Rose Tarts (without oven)
These dainty little rose tart lets are going to make your loved ones go WOW !

Ingredients:
100 g Refined flour
50g Salted Butter(Cold)
4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp Water(Cold)
½ cup Whipping Cream
1 Kiwi
8 Strawberries
Method:
Mix refined flour and sugar together.
Add the cold butter and distribute the butter evenly through the flour using your fingertips.

Add water and bring it together to a dough. The dough will have cracks in it, but thats ok. Do not knead the dough. Refrigerate it for 30 mins.

After 30 mins, roll it out to ¼ cm thickness. Cut out roundels, place them into cupcake liners or tart moulds.

Pre-heat a kadhai for 5-7 minutes on medium flame and place the tarts in. Bake for 10-12 minutes on medium flame or until done. Let it cool and then remove from mould.

Cut strawberries into roses as indicated in the video. —
